We refill, recharge and refurbish fire extinguishers, carry out the hydrostatic tests NFPA 10 sets for each type, and supply new or refurbished units when you need more coverage.
We provide refurbished fire extinguishers for businesses needing reliable protection on a budget. Each restored unit is rigorously tested, recharged, pressure-verified, repaired or replaced as needed, and certified to meet industry safety standards. Our refurbishing process ensures safety without sacrificing performance.
What’s included
- Refills and recharging after use or pressure loss
- Hydrostatic testing at the NFPA 10 interval for each type
- Refurbished units tested, recharged and tagged
- New extinguishers matched to your hazards
- Mounting and placement advice
Refurbished or new?
A refurbished extinguisher that passes its examination, its hydrostatic test where one is due, a recharge and tagging protects as well as a new one, often at a lower cost. When a cylinder fails its test or a model can no longer be serviced, we replace it with a new unit.
After any use
An extinguisher that has been discharged, even briefly, must be recharged before it goes back on the wall. Call us after any use and we will recharge or swap it.

Questions about fire extinguisher refurbishment & supply
Are refurbished fire extinguishers safe?
Yes, when they are examined, tested, recharged and tagged to NFPA 10, the standard the Ontario Fire Code uses for extinguisher maintenance (Article 6.2.7.1).
Does a partly used extinguisher need recharging?
Yes. Any discharge, even a short one, can leave it without enough agent or pressure. It must be recharged and re-tagged before it is relied on again.
